We are looking to move into a beautiful country home here soon but theres one problem i am getting nervous about the house has heavily stained carpeting in every room. I heard from someone that it is required by law that a landlord paint and clean carpets upon a new tenant moving in. The people that currently own the home have not attempted to clean and want to charge a $950.00 deposit upon move in. Is this legal?

we have 2 yourki poos. they have a doggie door, and they use it, but they prefer to use the bathroom on my carpet !!!
We clean our carpets with a carpet cleaner once a month. The dogs cont. to go on the floors. What can we put on the carpets to prevent them from returning to the same spots daily !! I wont ***** them and we never catch them in action. We lock them outside in the morning for about 15 minutes, they still hold it until they return to the carpet. It only seems to be happening in the morning !
Short of putting them in diapers, I dont know what to do….. Help

I am trying to find a fast way of killing head lice on carpets and beds. I need to know if anyone has ever tried steam cleaning or using a carpet cleaner would do the job. My kids came down with head lice for the first time ever and I have no clue about getting rid of them besides the treatments for the head and the clothes. And I cant really use the sprays because my daughter has breathing troubles already. Please any advice would be great.
